Great experience with the service provider specially driver saheb - Anil Ji. Booked taxi for official purpose to visit different districts of Uttar Pradesh. 2 days of continuous travel with anil ji is great experience and i choose to sit with him on front seat. Our Driver name was Naveen throughout the journey it was comfortable drive. He was very polite in talking. car was properly sanitized and driver was wearing mask and he was sanitising his hands after every hour. We reached our destination on time and safely. Me and my mom visited to our native place and we were little worried before going by cab but our car company taj ensure us that they will take care of us and give us best driver and services. So he send drive name debu singh. . He is very soft spoken, very sweet and the most important thing, very much understandable. Just Sharing one incident with you, when we reach to our place which is in Uttarakhand , he dnt know that nothing wud be there to eat and we also forgot to ask to driver that pls have food in middle of the way , we thought he definitely have something to eat but he dnt have , so when we reach he ask for nearby restaurants so that he can go and have his lunch coz he already drove for 6 hours continuously, we were so embarrassed that we din ask him and where we were there is nothing to eat from 4-5 kms. He politely said with smiling that u guys go and do your work , will see what he can do. We spend 3-4 hours at our place and then we back to our car, we ask him bhaiya u ok and with smile he said yes yes , come sit let’s have something in the middle of the way.
